Sascha Vredenburg

 

Sascha Vredenburg, comes from a background of drawing and painting to the world of cinema. At the age of 16 he first turned his visions from the paper to the screen with short films. Following the love for cinema and directing, Vredenberg began directing theater productions too. In 2010 he began studies at the well renowned Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg where he is entering his final year before graduation. His latest film “The Late Bird” has been awarded more than 10 1st place prizes in festivals worldwide, including Best Comedy, Best Director and more.

Amos Geva 

 

Born in Israel, but spent his childhood years in Leeds, England. This move has pushed Geva to explore his own intercultural identity and what it means in today's world. Started creating films at the age of 14, graduating high school with excellence in film. Following his mandatory military service, Geva worked as film teacher for high school teens in New York, USA. Graduated with excellence with a BFA from the prestigious Film & Television Dept. at Tel Aviv University. Geva sees cinema as a way to provoke out-of-the-box thinking in me and others on these subjects. In 2015 Geva was awarded a prize in the category of Best Student Documentary film at Palm Springs International Shortfest for his previous film “The Tour Guide” that was co produced the the Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie in Berlin (27 min, RBB).

 

Producer

Stephen maier

 

Stephen is a German-French producer, living in Germany mostly. After completing his voluntary service with street children in South Africa, he studied history and communication sciences at the Free University of Berlin. After finishing his studies, he worked with Gruppe 5 Filmproduktion, a production company in Cologne, on various history projects which the company produced for public television channels in Germany and the German-French channel ARTE. Last year Maier worked as a junior producer on a documentary about the Vietnam War for the channels ARD and ARTE.

Telling stories with her pictures and putting them into the right light to hit the emotions of the audience – this is a goal she always reaches for and what drives her to think about new ways of visual storytelling for every single project.

Sarah Bergmann 

 

Sarah Bergmann was born in Ulm, Germany in 1980. She studied German literature and philosophy at the Freie Universität Berlin. Afterwards she worked in the film industry, mainly as a script reader and script consultant. In 2012 she started to study screen writing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.

Sound Recording & Design

Marc Eyrich

 

An ear-minded sound creative living in Stuttgart. Does sounddesign, location sound and electronic music. It all started in 2010, when Marc discovered how to manipulate sounds with a synthesizer. He was totally blown away by all the modulation oppertunities given by modern audio technology. During his audio engineering study, he started to think about the interaction between visual and auditory stimuli. So film, as an audiovisual art form caught his eye and since then it iss his main working field.
